At MyFirstWig, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition. Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been brushed or styled to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Place the wig in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, gifts, and inserts are included, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team confirms the wig is in its original state with uncut lace, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
